Build a Brand Identity, a Co-Lab Roots + DukeCreate Workshop

Please login to enroll is this event.

This class is the first of a series, where you will learn how to use an array of Adobe Cloud products via designing multiple elements for a fictional business. In this first class, I will talk about key elements in building a brand identity, as well as how to get information from a (fictional) client and gather our design elements. This class will be mostly focused on using the internet and our imagination rather than a particular tool, and in the second half of the class, we will design the brand identity of our fictional business together.

No experience required.

A laptop is not required but recommended.

The TEC (Technology Engagement Center) Classroom is in the Telcom Building. To get there, just walk down the stairs from Perkins/Bostock like you’re heading towards CIEMAS. When you get to the road halfway down, make a right and Telcom is the building ahead of you to the left. The Technology Engagement Center is the first floor, so just enter in the front of the building. The classroom is to the right of the entrance, adjacent to the center circular room. http://maps.duke.edu/map/?id=21&mrkIid=2765
