Description

Reserve your seat in this workshop by enrolling here. If the event is full, you will be added to the waitlist.

This workshop will be held in the Rubenstein Arts Center, Makerspace

About the workshop:

Gel printing is a really open ended, playful printing technique that involves painting and experimenting with layers, texture, and color mixing! Students will have a quick tutorial on the process and then be set loose to play and print with guidance from me when they need it! They will go home with a handful of small prints.

About the instructor:

Morgan Riker is a mixed media artist based in Durham. She has a Bachelor’s or Fine Arts from the University of Tulsa in printmaking, ceramics, and photography. You can find her in Durham selling copper and ceramic jewelry and air plant sculptures at Art Market Durham next to the farmers Market on Saturday’s or teaching kids and adults at ArtPost.
